Perfect location, 3 miles from city center. Good restaurant not too far from the hotel. Room was a nice size and staff affable. Amazing and delicious breakfast, lots of food and beverages.

Our room was reasonably large and brand-new, included a refrigerator, coffee/tea making facilities, and a writing desk. The bed was big, and we got a marvellous and delicious breakfast too.

We got a room with bidet. It was nice to find coffee/tea making machines and a fridge. The location of the hotel was central, just next door to shops and beach and exclusive Koh Chang island. The service was GREAT, the breakfast was marvellous and very good.

I enjoyed the hotel, everything was great here. The rooms at this brand-new venue were reasonably large. The breakfast I had was marvellous and delicious with the most common fruits and especially the thai food and fresh eggs. The location was central, perfect to clubs or good bars. Location just next door to the bar / restaurant and exclusive Koh Chang island and the beach side of the road. Nearby Larsson Resturant - great place to chill out. Large and brand-new room with free bottles of water provided everyday. With wake-up service available and extremely friendly staff who make an omelet on your request.

booked a room with perfect views, and the staff were superbly friendly and incredibly friendly people who make an omelet on your request. location: the hotel was just next door to the beach side and a shop on the street and the khlong phlu waterfall. i visited larsson resturant right at the venue for a few drinks.

My stay at Paradise Hill in Koh Chang was exceptional. The hotel is in a very good location with an amazing view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet was delicious and catered to all types of guests. The pool was perfect for both kids and adults, although it should be cleaned more frequently. I also appreciated the free access to the gym in another hotel.

The welcome drinks and cold towels during check-in were a nice touch. The room was clean, with a spacious terrace and large beds. The pool was also clean. The breakfast had a good selection of hot dishes, desserts, and salads, and the omelet station was a nice touch. The staff were polite and helpful. Changing towels and sheets based on personal preference was a thoughtful approach. a highly recommended choice.

The hotel is pretty close to the beach, so you can easily enjoy a swim in the sea. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. You will definitely like the great variety of dishes during breakfast which is served by the polite hotel staff. you can enjoy the fantastic view from your room’s balcony.

There's no soundproofing in the rooms, so you can hear noise from the hallway and other rooms.

The swimming pool was nice and clean, perfect for a dip on a hot day. , the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. The location was great as it was close to the city center and some tourist attractions. the room had a comfortable bed, which made it easier to rest after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel was not up to standard in terms of hygiene. The room was dirty, with a lot of dust visible on the furniture and the floor.
